Who this is for

You must be 18 or older to use Peachy. By signing up, you confirm you are.

What Peachy is, and isn't

Peachy is a software service that lets you talk to an AI grounded in schema therapy, attachment theory, and integral psychology. It generates a psychological narrative ("assessment") from your conversation history when you request one.

Peachy is not a substitute for a licensed mental health professional. It does not diagnose. It does not prescribe. If you are in crisis or considering harm to yourself or others, contact a crisis line (988 in the US for mental health emergencies, 911 for immediate danger). Peachy may surface resources during the conversation but is not a crisis response service.

Your account

You sign up with a phone number and a name. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure. We use SMS one-time-passcodes to verify it's you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Peachy to harass anyone, scrape outputs at scale to build a competing product, attempt to extract training data, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do so.

Service availability

We try to keep Peachy running, but it is a small operation. Outages happen. We do not offer SLA guarantees at this time.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PINDOM LLC B disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you with reasonable notice.
